围绝经期妇女FSH、LH、FSH/LH比值测定

Value of FSH,LH,FSH/LH ratio in the evaluation of ovarian function during perimenopausal period

目的:探索FSH、LH、FSH/LH比值在评价围绝经期卵巢功能中的价值.方法:选择30～75岁健康妇女455例.按年龄分组,其中45～岁64例为研究1组,51～岁128例为研究2组,56～60岁112例为研究3组,年龄30～岁育龄妇女117例为对照1组,60岁以上者34例为对照2组.月经规律者于周期第22 d抽血,不规律者于预计下次月经来潮前7～8 d抽血,已绝经者可随时抽取空腹静脉血,放射免疫(RIA)法测定血清FSH、LH、E2.结果:各研究组与对照1组FSH/LH＞1.0的个体数比较差异有统计学意义(P＜0.001),各研究组间差异则无统计学意义(P＞0.05).E2随年龄增大而下降,各组间差异均有统计学意义(P＜0.05).51～岁组FSH高于其他各组(P＜0.01).LH在56～60岁组最高.结论:FSH、LH值可作为评价围绝经期卵巢功能的一项重要指标,FSH/LH可作为一项可靠指标.

Aim: To investigate the value of FSH,LH,FSH/LH ratio in the ovarian function during periclimacterium period. Methods: A total of 455 healthy woman aged 30~75 years old were divided into five groups.Research group 1 included 64 woman aged 45～50 years; research group 2, 128 woman aged 51～55 years; research group 3, 112 woman aged 55～60 years; control group 1,117 woman aged 39~44 years; control group 2,34 woman aged over 60 years. Fasting venous blood specimen were droven in 22nd day of menstrual period if the period was regular,7th～8th day of the next expectant menstrual period if the period was irregular, anytime in postmenopausal women,to detect the serum LH,FSH, and E 2.Results: There was significant difference in the numbers of individuals with FSH/LH>1.0 between research groups and control group 1 (P<0.001),but no difference among each research groups (P>0.05). There were significant difference in E 2 value among each groups. FSH value of research group 2 was the highest(P<0.001), and LH value of research group 3 was the highest (P<0.05).Conclusion: FSH,LH value could be used as the important index,and FSH/LH could be a reliable index in the evaluation of perimenopauasl period women ovarian function.
