摘要
目的:探讨以猪喉、气管软骨和鼻软骨为原料制备高纯度的硫酸软骨素的方法。方法:稀碱浓盐提取猪喉、气管软骨和鼻软骨组织,选择相对分子质量为 10 000的切向流超滤膜进行精制的方法制备。测终产品硫含量,根据硫元素在硫酸软骨素分子中的比例推算Chs含量,用元素分析仪及凯氏定氮法测氮含量。结果:超滤后,以猪喉气管软骨和鼻软骨为原料制得的硫酸软骨素含量分别增加 16. 83%和 11. 75%,含量均达 98%以上;用 2种方法测氮含量分别减少0. 437 3%, 0. 482 0%和 0. 266 5%, 0. 515 6%,均小于 3. 8%。结论:该方法简便、可靠,产品质量稳定。
Aim: To investigate the method of producing high and pure chondroitin sulfate using larynxes and tracheae cartilage,and nose cartilage of pigs as material. Methods: Chondroitin sulfate was extracted by low concentrative base and high concentrative salt, and then refined by tangent ultrafilter method selecting ultrafilter membrane of molecular weighted 10 000. Results: The contents of chondroitin sulfate from larynxes and tracheae cartilage,and nose cartilage were improved by 16.83%, 11.75%, respectively, and were more than 98%. The contents of nitrogen reduced by 0.437 3%, 0.482 0% and 0.266 5%, 0.515 6% by two methods and were less than 3.8%. Conclusion: This method is simple, liable and the quality of the product is stable.
