摘要
抽水蓄能电站的经济抽水量/发电量受到发电系统构成及经济特征、负荷曲线形状及负荷率的影响,不同研究时段的经济抽水/发电量是不同的。本文提出了概率生产模拟中考虑蓄能电站经济运行模式的一种新方法,可确定蓄能电站的最佳抽水/发电量及其工作位置。并得到整个电力系统的燃料成本和各项可靠性指标。该模型可用于电源规划研究中,也可用于年或月的运行调度规划。
The economical charging/discharging energy of a pumped—station is affected by many factors such as power system's ccmposition , the economical characteristics of thermal units, the seasonal change of load shape and load ratio etc. The paper presents a new method for probabilistic production simulation which considers the economical operating mode of the pumped- storage station. The optimal charging / discharging energy and work position of the storage station, the total cost and reliability indices of system can be obtained in this method.This model and algorithms can be used in the optimal extension planning as well as the long and middle- range operation planning.
