摘要
本文就文第七章第八节第二部分存在的问题进行讨论,指出其问题所在,在此基础上提出了新的解决办法和相应的数学模型.分析和讨论表明,新模型能体现电网实际运行情况.
This paper discusses some problems present in the part 2 of section 7 of chapter 8 [1], and points out the keys of these problems.A new method and mathematic model are developed. The new method can solves theproblem of the net hydroelectric system that interchange power with external systems is given, and the model can describe the practical case ofthe net hydroelectic system operation.
