农民工是我国城市中的一个特殊群体,他们肩负着建设城市和繁荣农村的双重任务,对我国工业化发展和城市化进程做出了重大的贡献,但由于我国城市社会中的二元劳动力市场是基于身份所建立,从而在这种劳动力市场中就形成了对农民工的就业歧视。这些歧视不仅极大地损害了农民工的权益,而且还严重地违背了现代社会的公正原则,阻碍了农民工与城市的融合。因此,就如何消除对农民工的就业歧视问题,在当前法律及政策的制定与执行上予以探讨和研究是不容忽视的一个方面。
