学科与学科建设是高等学校教育教学改革的核心问题。学科是在学校和研究中学习与研究的基本知识领域,包括学理、学情、学识和学术四个要素。学科建设就是以这四个要素为基础的学科的逐步构建活动,其环节是学科的确立、学科的组建、学科的巩固、学科的提高,其途径是教学、科学研究、社会实践。
