摘要
采用高分子溶液PVA作铍青铜淬火介质,用不同浓度淬火剂做形变对比试验,进行优选并通过金属变形机理分析,进行二次时效等方法,控制铍青铜复杂外形和薄壁件的变形量。试验证明:采用一定浓度PVA作淬火剂及改进工艺后,有效地减少了工件的变形具有显著的效果。
It is deformation contrast test with different pH indicator of quenching liquor by using macromolecule liquor PVA as beryllium-bronze's quenchant. Using the deformation theory of metal and selecting the best, at the same time, processing quadric invalidation, it can control the complex shape of beryllium-bronze and the deformation of thin diffpart. By a macrornolecule liquor PVA is used quenching liquor,it is proved that the deformation of work-piece is decreased by certain PH indicater PVA as quenchant and promotion of technology.
