论文从网格技术的形成发展分析了提出地理信息网格概念的背景。通过分析美军网络中心战能力设想与地理信息网格的关系,阐释了地理信息网格的构成及应用。论文认为建立地理信息网格是进行军事测绘综合保障能力的集成,将引发军事测绘产品体系、保障服务模式发生根本性的变化。

In this paper,the background of bringing forward the concept of geographical information grid is analyzed from the forming and development of grid technology.By the analysis of correlation between fighting ability of American force network center and geographical information grid,the structure and application of geographical information grid is explained.And the conclusion is made just as the constitution of geographical information grid will integrate the integrated ensuring ability of military surveying and mapping,and will arose change radically in the system of military surveying and mapping products and the mode of safeguard services.
