GIS application in information resources platform of E-government

GIS的发展一直伴随着在电子政务中的不断应用,其相应也可以分为三个不同阶段。电子政务是国家目前信息化的重点工程,信息资源平台是电子政务的基础。人口、法人机构、宏观经济和资源环境地理信息组成的信息资源库是信息资源平台的基础。地理信息是信息资源库整合的基础信息,GIS平台是信息资源平台集成的基础和框架。昌平区信息资源平台工程项目启示我们,GIS在信息资源平台建设中的应用,是当前GIS在电子政务中应用值得关注的新方向。

According to different use style in E-government,GIS is divided into three periods.The focal points of state information project are E-government where Information Resources Platform is the fundamental element.In the four elements database of Information Resources Platform,GIS plays an integrated role among population data,basic units data and macro-economy data.It is important to study the new direction of GIS application in information resource platform.
