面向突发事件的防范应急GIS系统的设计与实现

Design and implementation of the control systems for emergent events based on GIS

根据目前发生突发事件的特点和GIS的功能,本文详细阐述了GIS支持下的防范应急系统的基本原理,设计了GIS支持下的面向突发事件的防范应急系统的总体框架和系统各应用平台的功能,并给出了具体的实现示例,对当前方兴未艾的突发事件应急系统建设具有示范性作用。

In this paper,the basic principle of GIS supported prevention and treatment system for emergent events is expounded according to the characteristics of emergent events and functions of GIS.Based on this principle,the design of the framework and applied functions of the system are given,and an example is demonstrated.The result provides the use of reference to the increasing construction of prevention and treatment system for emergent events.
