摘要
针对锅炉运行中排烟温度偏高的问题 ,通过理论计算和试验数据的分析 ,提出了增大磨煤机再循环管管径的改进措施 ,通过降低一次风速等燃烧调整试验 ,排烟温度降低 2 0℃ ,锅炉效率明显提高。
The exhaust gas temperature is high when the bo iler is in service,by theoretical calculation and test data analysis,a measure i s proposed to enlarge the pulverizer recirculating pipe diameter,reduce the prim ary air flow,the exhaust gas temperature is reduced by 20℃,the boiler efficien cy is greatly increased
