摘要
结合龙河石板水电站实际情况,对工程分标和合同范围划分及其施工作了全面规划设计,使业主在工程开工前能有较明确的招标分标意向,充分发挥自己的管理水平,合理地调配资金,进而促使招标工作顺利开展和争取承包商能早日进入现场施工。
The comprehensive planning and design are carried out for dividing engineering tender and contract range as well as the construction, so that the employer is able to have the clear intention to call for tender and divide tender, brings his management level into full play, rationally disposes funds, further impels successfully conducting tender work and wins over the contrator getting into site to construct earlier.
