摘要
根据商品混凝土的生产特点和质量要求,在VisualBasic6.0的环境下,开发混凝土搅拌控制与监测计算机辅助系统。特别针对商品混凝土塌落度的研究,采用了前馈控制算法,通过测定沙子的含水率来改变实际的物料配比以迎合由大量权威试验得到的配比表。对于水泥含水的不可测性及石块大小的不规范性等带来的干扰因素,采用了古典控制论中的反馈补偿算法,从而逐步调整实际物料的配比,使混凝土塌落度逐步逼近到我们所要求的合理范围之内,做到塌落度的自动控制。
A system of commercial concrete stirring control and operation management is developed under the VB 6.0 according to the producing character and quality require of commercial concrete .Especially with respect to the study on the slump, this paper proposes before-back control algorithm with detecting percent moisture content of sand, in order to meet the mixture ratio results obtained from experiments made by authors. On the other hand, we propose feedback compensation algorithm on account to the disputed factors which is got from non-detectable of cement and non-standard of stones, in order to meet the mixture ratio results. The system has high automatic level and approaches rational rang of the slump.
