摘要
以3303B型矿用自卸车的油气悬挂缸为研究对象,建立油气悬挂缸的数学模型,并对其进行了试验研究,通过将仿真结果与实验结果对比可以看出,所建立的模型准确可靠,可以用于该油气悬挂缸输出力特性的预测研究,故利用该模型对油气悬挂缸在不同温度、阻尼孔直径和初始充气压力时的输出力特性进行了研究,从结果可以看出,这三个参数的变化对油缸的输出力特性有很大的影响。
It is established the numerical model of hydro-pneumatic cylinder based on 3303B mine dumping truck and a test is also processed. After comparing the simulation results with the test ones, we can see that the model established is correct and reliable. It can be used to forecast the output force characteristics of this hydro-pneumatic cylinder. So it is studied the output force characteristics under different temperature, diameter of the damper and area of the gas room. The results show that the change of the there parameters can influence the characteristics of the output force apparently.
