金沙江水电东送华东电网初探

First Exploration on Transmitting Water Power of Jinshajiang River to Eastern China

摘要 金沙江是我国最大的水电基地,实现“西电东送”后既可缓解东南沿海地区能源供需矛盾,改善我国能源结构,还可带动西南三省经济繁荣,缩小与东部经济发达地区差距。溪落渡、向家坝两座水电站装机容量相当于一座三峡水电站,是金沙江“西电东送”起步工程,本文从华东电网出发建议东送研究有关的技术、经济课题。 Jinshajiang River, the biggest water power base in China, after realizing 'transmitting western electricityto east', not only can mitigate energy and demand contradiction of southeast coastal region, improve energystructure of our country, but also promote economic prosperity of three westsouthern provinces, reducethe disparity with eastern economy developed region. The installed capacity of both Xiluodu and XiangjiabaHydroelectric Plants matches that of Sanxia Hydroelectric Plant. They are starting projects for 'transmittingwestern energy to east' of Jinshajiang River. The paper suggests to investigate concerned technical, economicproblems from view point of Easten China Electric Network.
