美国房地产信托基金研究及对我国的启示

本文在参考和借鉴美国REITS运作经验的基础上,结合我国房地产业、房地产融资状况和法律制度的现状,对房地产投资信托基金在设立和运作方面的一些问题作初步的探讨和构想。

Based on the reference of the American REITS operational experience and combining with the current situation of the real estate industry,real estate financing and legal system,this thesis discusses and puts forward an idea on the establishment and operation of real estate investment trust fund.
