摘要
连铸中间罐是炼钢过程的重要反应器,为保证转炉扩容条件下的炉机匹配,原连铸拉速已不适应。通过水模拟试验,查清在高拉速下现有板坯连铸中间罐的流场,并基于此进行流场和温度场优化,提高连铸坯的产量和质量。
The tundish of caster is an important reactor for steelmaking process. In order to match to the increased capacity of converter, water modelling is carried out to investigate and optimize the flow field at high casting speed. Thus, the production and quality of slab have been improved.
