The product structure of brick and tile moved to waste utilization and hollow products in 2004. The output of bricks and tiles kept an equal pace with last year. Enterprises’ income was stable and product export increased. The development of brick and tile industry would be healthy and stable in 2005, it is imperative to eliminate small, behindhand process and short quality enterprises. The production of waste utilization products and hollow fired products would be increased steadily, and it is estimated that the added value of the new brick and tile products increases by about 30%.
