航空蓄电池的主要参数决定了飞机地面的一次启动成功率和飞行安全,其参数的检测十分重要。传统的检测技术落后、精度低、计算烦琐,影响了检测质量。运用单片机技术实现的航空蓄电池性能计算器,采用人机对话方式,操作简单,使用方便。具备体积小、质量小、携带方便等特点。航空蓄电池性能计算器主要计算的参数包括计算各型航空蓄电池的实际容量及实际容量占额定容量的百分数;进行密度换算;预计充电量及充电时间计算;电解液配制计算;放电时间计算;各种型号蓄电池容量计算。
The main parameters of the aviation storage battery come to decide successful rate of the first startup of the airplane and the safety of the fly. Its parameters are very important. The traditional technique falls behind because of the low accuracy and trivial calculation, and affects the examination quantity. The performances calculator based on SCM technique, adopting man-machine dialogue method, operates simply and conveniently, with the character of little volume and light weight. Its main parameter calculation include that: calculating the practical capacity and its share percent of the rated capacity of each type of the aviation storage battery; switching the density; preparing the charging capacity and time; calculating electrolyte quota; calculating the discharging time; calculating the capacity of each type of the aviation storage battery.
