摘要
为发展高温温差电致冷组件(也称为新型温差发电组件)用于低温热源发电与应用,进行了新TEM(温差电池)模块制造工艺研究,主要进行了多种焊料的试验和研究,确定了最佳焊料配方Pb-Sn高温焊料,确定了工艺流程。按照这种工艺流程,使用Pb-Sn高温焊料,在焊接过程中能使组件内部元件表面有一个可靠的焊接点,结合力强保证组件高可靠,同时又能稳定组件高热电性能。在温差电转换能量技术上,为了获得高的发电效率。通过实验和研究确定制作新TEM(温差电池)模块的工艺途径,提高热面工作温度。
The article researched the manufacture technique of TEM module in order to use high-temperature cooling models in low-temperature power, which included studying and testing different welding flux; determining best Pb-Sn welding flux and technique proceeding. With this proceeding, there is a reliable weld-point on the surface of module, which ensure high reliability and thermoelectric performance of module. Developing new manufacture technique of TEM module can improve the work-temperature of hot surface and gain high power efficiency.
