摘要
本文分析了当前GIS系统开发的主要方式和采用VC独立开发的优缺点 ,研究了一种利用MapInfo转出表的数据 ,再结合VC开发数字地图的方法 ,并在油料管理信息系统中加以实现。
This paper analyzes the primary modes of designing GIS and the advantage and disadvantage of designing GIS with VC.Then,it studies a new way that can design digital map by using the data from the export table of MapInfo and the program with VC,and then it is succeeded to use in a MIS of oil.
