摘要
本文讨论当部分充液转子受到任意的侧向位移扰动时作用在转子上的扰动力。首先我们证明了在固定于转子的旋转坐标系中扰动流动是无旋的,然后在分析中把整个流动分解为常涡量的定常流动和无旋的扰动流动。最后计算了冲击时的自由面形状和作用在转子上的冲击载荷。当充液比介于0.5到0.7时,冲击载荷很大。转子刚受冲击时,冲击载荷的方向不是冲击方向,而是垂直于冲击方向。
This paper discusses disturbing forces on a partially liquid-filled rotor when it is subjected to arbitrary lateral displacement. First, it is shown that the disturbed flow is irrotational in the rotating coordinate system fixed on the rotor, then the whole flow is resolved into the steady flow with constant vorticity and the irrotational disturbed flow. Finally, shapes of free surface and impact loads are calculated. When fill ratio is between 0. 5 - 0. 7, the impact loads are very large. At the beginning, the direction of impact loads is not in the impact direction but perpendicular to it.
