摘要
传统的招投标过程难以防止不正当交易和腐败现象 ,将计算机网络技术和招投标工作相结合 ,建立评标专家库系统平台 ,能够促进招投标工作的透明化、标准化、制度化和科学化 ,文中讨论基于B/S模式 ,提出评标专家库系统平台建设的基本思路和方法。
Traditional bidding cannot prohibit corruption.This paper discusses the way to build bidding expert database system platform based on B/S model.It can promote bidding working transparent,standard,system and scientific.Basic methods is presented in this paper to build bidding expert database system platform based on B/S model.
