摘要
笔者报道15例应用威克伤负压封闭引流病人的观察和护理,认为利用威克伤保持有效的负压封闭引流,能够彻底去除腔隙或创面的分泌物和坏死组织,促进局部炎症消退和创面愈合,缩短疗程。
The author reports their nursing experience in caring 15 patients receiving VACUSEAL vacuum sealing drainage (VSD), arguing that using VACUSEAL to keep effective VSD can remove the secretion and necro-tissues on the Lacunae or wound surface, and improve the fadeaway of the local inflammation and the healing of wounded surface and shorten therapeutic course.
