摘要
通过组织交班演示会,选出样板科室,以此为基础制定全院性的交班顺序、形式、方法、规范和标准,并落实到位。定期检查和讲评交班规范执行情况,将奖惩情况记入个人档案。通过培训,使全院有了统一的交班模式,护士明确了交班的意义和目的,通过交班为诊断和治疗提供了有用的信息。护士的思维及观察、沟通能力都有了不同程度的提高。
Through shift-making demonstration, a model department was elected. Based on it, a standard system of shift-making including shift order, form, method and standard was formulated and enforced in the hospital. Regular check and summarizations over the shift-making was conducted and the praise and punishment was recorded into individual archive. Shift-making training formed a shift-making mode, which facilitated diagnosis and treatment with useful information. As a result, the nurses understood the importance of making shifts and their thoughts, observation and communication ability were increased in various degrees.
