The current situation and countermeasures of the health education of self-management for diabetes patients

糖尿病患病率呈逐年上升的趋势,患者有效的自我管理对控制糖尿病发展至关重要,如何通过健康教育有效提高患者的自我管理能力需要深入探讨。对疾病自我管理方法的产生、应用和发展、国内外糖尿病自我管理健康教育的研究现状及在我国实施的意义进行综述,旨在提高护理人员对糖尿病自我管理的认识,促进其实施与推广。

Diabetes morbidity rate rises year by year.The effective self-management of the patients with diabetes is important for improvement of diabetes.We need further research to study how to promote the patient’s self-management ability by health education.This article summarized the current researches on the origin,application and development of patients’ self-management,health education of self-management in diatebes patients in China and abroad,and the significance and prospect of application the method in China.
