The function of the emergency project in the rescue of group patients

目的探讨急诊科应对成批伤病员的救护组织和管理。方法建立成批抢救应急预案,明确组织结构、人员职责和工作程序,并对预案的启动和实施进行详细规定。结果预案的建立和实施使成批伤病员得到及时有效的抢救和护理,使抢救工作组织有序。结论建立和实施成批应急抢救预案是十分必要的。

Objective To discuss the organization and administration in coping with the emergent rescue of group patients in the department of emergency.Methods We drew up the emergency project for the group patients;defined the organization framework,personnel responsibility,and working process;regulated the startup and implementation of the project.Results Practicing the emergency project could guarantee the group patients to get emergency treatment and nursing timely and effectively and facilitate the organization of rescue work in order.Conclusions It is necessary to set up and practice the emergency project for the group patients.
