摘要
目的为提高未来护理人才的综合素质和心理承受能力,增强社会使命感,更好地体现以包含人性化的服务行为(HumanizedServingBe-havior)、人性化的服务流程(HumanizedServingProgram)、人性化的服务语言(HumanizedServingLanguage)、人性化的服务环境(HumanizedSer-vingEnvirorment)、人性化的服务品牌(HumanizedServingBrand)(以下简称“5S”)的护理模式。方法利用护生的寒、暑假期,组织护生在医院开展义工服务活动。结果在社会、医院、学校、个人多方面收到良好效果。结论护生作为医院义工队伍中的新生力量,是医院的服务资源和精神财富,值得共同的关心与探讨。
Objective To improve the future nursing staff’ general ability and psychological resistance,strengthen their conscious of social responsible and show the concept of Humanized Serving Behavior,Humanized Serving Program,Humanized Serving Language,Humanized Serving Envirorment,Humanized Serving Brand,“5S” nursing service better.Method During the summer and winter holidays in nursing school,the students were organized to carry out volunteer service in hospitals.Results This practice achieved various benefits for the society,hospitals,nursing schools and the nursing students. Conclusion Nursing students are considered to be the new power in the hospital volunteers’ team,they are very important service resources and mental wealth for the hospital,which are worthy to be concerned and explored.
