摘要
介绍了已研制成功的琴弦张力控制系统的设计方案 ,为解决系统的静态精度与动态快速性之间的矛盾 ,在控制策略上采用积分分离的 PID算法。该系统经一段时间运行表明 ,性能可靠 ,生产的产品质量明显提高。
A scheme of tension control system on special equipment of piano′s string is introduced. PID algorithm with integral divided on control tactics is applied to solve the contradictory between static precision and dynamic fast characteristic. Working results for some time show that the characteristics of system is reliable and the quality of product improves obviously.
