多电平中几种阶梯波算法的分析和比较 被引量:15

摘要 近年来 ,多电平变频器在冶金、矿山等应用场合越来越受到重视 ,各种拓扑结构和控制策略被相应的提出 ,其中 H桥级联型拓扑结构特别受到重视。控制策略有阶梯波法、载波相移法和电压空间矢量法等。重点介绍生成阶梯波的几种算法 ,因为阶梯波生成法开关频率低 ,效率高 ,同时给出了一种实现各个 H桥逆变器在阶梯波工作时达到平衡的方法 ,最后通过仿真和谐波频谱图对这几种方法进行了分析和比较。 Multilevel power conversion has been receiving increasing attention in recent years. Many kinds of topologies are given. In the family of multilevel inverters, topologies based on series-connected H-bridges are particularly attractive. There are many control strategy, such as stair waveform, carrier phase shift, voltage space vector and so on. Some kinds of stair waveform would be introduced emphasly, this method has some excellence, such as only fundamental frequency swithing, has almost no electromagnetic and high effective, at the same time, a method in order to realize system balance about H-bridge inverter was given. At last, analyze and comparison were proposed by simulation and harmonic spectrum.
