摘要
通过湘黔铁路线上两座隧道的防腐堵漏施工,揭示我国南方地区较普遍存在的中/低浓度硫酸盐对混凝土结构的侵蚀破坏。采用“多点分布小探孔+少量扩孔揭露”的方法,较好地解决了隧道找水治水难题。模拟铁路隧道内的高风速干燥环境,研制的防腐抗渗混凝土具备良好的体积稳定性,在施工中体现了其优良的防腐抗渗功能。
By the construction for to prevent the lining concrete from corrosion/seepage in the two tunnel it has been brought to light that there are the sulfate attack to the lining concrete in the souther part of the country. By the way of 'much exploring hole with small-bore + few hole with big-bore' it's quite easy to look out for headwaters of seepage in the tunnel. By the simulated test for dry environment with high speed wind in tunnel we have got the concrete materials with excellent stability in volume. The concrete materials display good property about resistance to corrosion/ seepage in the process of construction.
