浅谈建筑施工企业建立符合现代企业制度的内部定额体系

DISCUSSION ON SETTING UP ENTERPRISE INNER SYSTEM OF RATING SUITABLE FOR MODERN ENTERPRISE SYSTEM BY CONSTRUCTION ENTERPRISE

企业内部定额体系的建立是建筑施工企业管理的重要基础工作,它对企业编制施工生产计划、合理组织生产、分配和提效挖潜起着重大的作用。本文结合我单位定额体系的建立过程,就建筑施工企业内部定额体系的建立作一介绍。

It is an important and basic work for construction enterprise to set up enterprise inner system of rating and the system plays great roles in construction planning organization distribution and increasing efficiency to the enterprise. This paper gives an introduction to setting up enterprise inner system of rating by construction enterprise based on the progress of setting up the system by the author's entity.
