本文主要介绍了FIDIC合同条件在亚洲开发银行贷款铁路项目实施中取得的经验和存在的问题,并提出了提高我国铁路工程招投标、合同管理的科学化和规范化水平的具体措施及方法。

In this paper,the experience and the existent problem of the FIDIC contract condition using in the railway project by ADB loan is introduced,and it brings forword the steps and the method ilow to improve the scientific and standardization level of didding and contract manage.
