摘要
用SMA型同轴标准接头组成具有一维晶格结构的准光子晶体 ,通过分析其传输特性 ,对同轴光子晶体所具有的光子带隙进行研究 ,并在其中引入杂质 ,比较掺杂前后的光子带隙变化 ,探讨了掺杂位置、杂质类型和杂质数量等对光子带隙的影响。
A quasi one dimensional coaxial photonic crystal has constructed from a series of “tee”, “female” and “male” connectors. This paper has investigated the first band gap of the quasi one-dimensional coaxial photonic crystal by analyzing the crystal’s transmission coefficient. The excursion of the band gap and the effects on the band gap by changing the defect location, defect type and the defect numbers are also studied.
