This article introduces tariff modes adopted by overseas countries in different periods, demonstrates applied tariff policy and billing method in other countries, and shows the development trend of overseas tariff policy. The author suggests that China bring encouraging tariff policy and reduce the regulation range of authorities. On the opposite, authorities should find out more related information to supervise tariff efficiently.
