摘要
管道线路优选是涉及到多种复杂因素的综合决策问题。目前,一种多属性决策技术,即层次分析法已用于管道线路选择决策支持系统。介绍了西气东输工程中靖边至郑州段应用RS和GIS系统综合评价管道线路优选情况。根据该段线路的特点,将RS系统作为信息源,以地理信息系统(GIS)为技术支撑,建立了管道选线综合评价体系。该体系包括管道线路长度、交通状况、穿越障碍、地形地貌4个方面的12个因素,对各专题进行了空间分析和统计。将层次分析法与专家知识相结合,实现了全部因素的权重排序。利用该评价体系对各备选线路进行了评价,确定了最佳线路。
The optimum selection of pipeline route is related to multi-factor decision. At present,asort of multi-factor decision technology,namely analytic hierarchy process,has been developed and used for pipeline decision support system. The application of RS and GIS to comprehensive evaluation of pipeline route selection between Jingbian and Zhengzhousection in the West-to-East Gas Transmission Project in China was introduced. Considering the characteristics of this area, taking RS as the basic information source and GIS as technological support,a comprehensive evaluation system for the pipeline route is established. The system includes twelve data layers such as lengthof pipeline,traffic conditions,crossed barrier and terrain. The spatial analyses and statistic of each topic were carried out. By means of Analytic Hierarchy Process(AHP)and experts knowledge,the administrative level analyses are used for weight defining and sequence arrangement of all elements. All stand-by routes are objectively evaluated with this system. The best route is determined.
