建立了面向油田的工程造价数据库体系,提高了概算编制质量。通过计算机网络实现了从设计开列工程量直接生成概算及工程设计概算质量判别系统。论述了工程造价基础资料的收集整理、数据库的建立以及网络建设与计算机软件的开发应用问题。

A project cost database system for oil fields is established to improve the quality of the budget estimate-making. The computer network is used to realize the direct generation of the budget estimation from the listed amount of project design. Adiscriminating system for budget estimation quality of engineering design is developed. The collection and arrangement methods for the basic cost information of project design are described. The establishment of database,the network construction as well as development and application of computer software are discussed.
