延安市宝塔区发展草业生产与加工的研究

STUDIES ON PRODUCTION AND PROCESSING OF GRASS INDUSTRYIN BA OTA DISTRICT OF YANAN CITY

该文在对延安市宝塔区地理、气候、农业产业结构充分调研的基础上 ,提出了该区应加强生态环境建设 ,调整农村经济结构 ,立草为业 ,草畜并重 ,把草畜业作为带动全区农村经济发展重要支柱产业和新的增长点的构想。针对区域自然资源条件和实际发展需要 ,确立了制定科学规划 。

On the basis of abundant investigation and research about the geographic conditions, climate, structure of farming industry of Baota District, Yanan City, this paper raises several thoughts of strengthening ecological environmental construction, readjusting rural economic structure, taking grass growing as major industry, laying equal stress on pasture and livestock industry, taking pasture and livestock as an important supporting industry and a new rising point of the economy. This paper also puts forward some detailed measures for guiding and promoting the healthy and steady development of pasture and livestock industry, according to the natural resources conditions and actual needs for development in the region.
