摘要
该文介绍了美国新农业法的主要内容与特点 ,分析了美国新农业法对我国农产品国际市场价格、国内农产品市场、农民增收等方面产生的影响 ,提出了应对措施 :即加大农业开发投入、促进农产品贸易、增加国家对农业和农村基础设施建设投资。
This paper introduces the major contents and characteristics of new Agriculture Laws of America, and analyzes its influence to China's agriculture products in the international market, to domestic markets of agriculture products, and to the increase of farmers' income, etc. and raises severalcounter measures, i.e. to increase investment for agriculture development, to promote trading of agricultural products, to enhance state investment for agriculture and rural infant structure construction, to carry out thorough reformation on administrative system for agriculture investment and financing.
