随着公路和汽车的发展,铁路运输企业在全社会客货运市场中所占份额逐渐缩小,为改变这种局面,必须优化铁路运输营业支出结构,在营运成本中增加客货营销费用,使铁路运输营业支出更好地适应运输业务发展的要求。
With the development of highway and automobile industry, theshare for railway transport enterprises in social passenger & freight transportmarket is decreasing. To cope with this situation, it needs to optimize thestructure of operating expenses for railway transportation and add 'marketingexpenses' in the cost so that the operating expenses can better adapt to therequirements of transport business development.
