摘要
纳米金和银粒子具有优异的光学、电学、磁学和结构特性。将这些粒子结合到生物分子表面上时,产生的生物共轭物种由于其尺寸依赖性和维度与生物大分子类似,很适合作为活性磁共振成像、药物释放/输运的大循环载体和组织工程的结构构架,同时又能用在分子识别和标记、DNA传感器和基因芯片中。作者从生物医学分析和临床诊断出发,综述了近年来纳米金和银粒子在DNA识别、生物传感器、基因芯片以及免疫分析等方面的研究、应用和发展。
The gold and silver nanoparticles have the excellent optical, electrical, magnetic and structural properties. The bio-conjugation species produced through combining the gold and silver nanoparticles into the biomolecular surface, due to their size-dependence and dimension being similar to bio macromolecule, are very suitable for acting as a major cycle carrier of the magnetic resonance imaging and the drug release/transport, and a structure skeleton of the tissue culture project. They can also be used in biomolecular identify and label, DNA-sensor and biochip. From the point of biomedicine analysis and the clinical diagnosis, the present paper summarized the application and the development of gold and silver nanoparticles in DNA identify, biosensor, biochip and immunities analysis.
