摘要
气井在投产时一般要采用降液面负压射孔工艺,通过对目前降液面方法存在问题分析,有针对性地 开发了降液器,并介绍了产品的结构和主要技术特点,在实际应用中,取得了良好的效果,彻底解决了降液面时遇 到的协调多、工期长、工序杂、成本高、不安全、效果不稳定的问题,有一定的推广价值。
Gas wells adopt dropping liquid level and un-derbalance perforation technology when putting into production. In this paper, through analysing the problems existent in the dropping the liquid level method, developed downflow tool. The paper introduced the structure and main technological characteristic of the downflow tool. During the practical application, the tool has obtained good result, and can solve many problems existent in dropping liquid level, such as long work period, complex process, high costs, unsecurity and unstable result ect. . The tool has certain popularization value.
