乳化原油选择性堵水室内研究 被引量:14

摘要 针对胜坨油田的油藏温度较高、原油粘度较低的实际情况,研究出了适合胜坨油田原油的主效乳化 剂SCA和稳定剂SCB,得出了温度、矿化度对堵剂效果的影响,确定了堵剂配方为:96%的原油、3%的活性剂SCA、 1%的稳定剂SCB。并进行了物理模拟实验,实验证明该堵剂具有良好的选择性和封堵性能,堵水率达98%以上, 堵油率少于5%,在胜坨油田有广泛的应用前景。 Based on the practical condition of the high reservoir temperature and lower crude oil viscosity in Shengtuo Oilfield, developed a kind of high efficiency emulsifier SCA and stabilizer SCB of crude oil suited for Shengtuo Oilfield, obtained the influence factor of temperature and salinity on viscosity properties of crude oil emulsions, and determined the plugging agent consists of 96% crude oil, 3% emulsifier SCA and 1 % stabilizer SCB. Through physical simulation experiment, the result showed that the water shutoff agent has the higher water plugging property and good selection capability. Its water plugging rates is above 98% and oil plugging rate is below 5 % . It has wide application prospect in Shengtuo Oilfield.
