摘要
本文以手柄模型为例,详细地介绍了其浇注系统的生成过程。该生成过程主要包括设计浇注系统、设计分型面、拆模、铸模、开模5个基本步骤。在每个步骤中,对每1级菜单和其具体的命令含义及使用方法、使用技巧都做了系统而全面的介绍。同时,对各个建立实体模型和模体元件的生成方法及如何以对话框的方式手动建立也进行了重点介绍,可以根据菜单命令循序渐进地进行模体制作。
Taking the handle model for instance, introduced the creating process of pouring system indetails. The creating process included the main design pouring system、design interface、mold disas-sembly and opening mold. For each step, hereinafter introduced every menu and its detailed meaningsof the instruction 、using method and skill . meanwhile described each solid modeling and modelingapproach of mold component and how to carry out modeling with the dialog box manually. The molddesign can be also completed based on menu instruction in proper sequence.
