摘要
随着我国电信业的不断发展,以客户关系管理为中心的服务创新竞争将取代价格竞争,成为竞争的主要方式。分析了电信服务创新的含义和必要性,论述了受市场拉动的创新需求、创新途径和内容,最后指出电信运营企业进行服务创新所必须采取的措施。
with the development of telecom market, the competition of service innovation, which the center is the customer relationship management, will be the main one in china. First the paper analyzes the definition and the need of the telecom service innovation. Second as the market development, the approach and the content of service innovation are listed including three ways. Finally the paper gives out the measures of service innovation.
