Igor Severyanin, the famous Russian poet and leader of Ego-Futurism, wrote a lot of poems before Russian's October Revolution. By analyzing these poems, this paper points out the most outstanding feature of his poems is to show the bulgy ego via his excellent poetic arts. His so-called 'futuristic poets' seems to be a piece of self-load, which the major topic is to be self-praised, canonized and even self-worshiped. He once and again shows off with high praise, stands out as to be kind of self-worshiped, i.e. to praise self-talents, and to appreciate the feeling of bulgy ego. At the same time, Severyanin is a simple-minded and na?ve poet, a child-liked person, whose poems are always with puerility and romance, even in a world of complex and a life of ugly faces.
