摘要
通过三维有限元分析,考察了刚性路面脱空的影响因素,重点考察脱空的几何尺寸对弯沉值的影响.先分析了无脱空下有限元分析解和理论解的差异因素,确定了最佳的有限元分析尺寸;再分析了带脱空情况下的刚性弯沉及其随脱空几何尺寸的变化;并给出一个工程实例的弯沉测量结果.分析表明,可以利用弯沉测量判断路面是否存在脱空,但不全面,仍需要其它测量手段的补充.
The influencing factors to suspending rigid plate are investigated by three-dimensional finite element analysis. The investigation places emphasis on the contribution of the dimension of suspending. In the analysis, the differential factors between the results of finite element analysis and theoretical analysis on no-suspending plate are studied first. The optimal dimension in the finite element analysis is determined. Based on this, the rigid flexure, including its variation with the change of the dimension of suspending, is analyzed by finite (element) analysis. The measuring results of flexure in an engineering case are presented in the end. The analysis results show that the measurement of flexure can be used to judge the existence of suspending plate, but it is not an overall judgment, other measuring methods shall be supplied.
