活血化瘀中药靶向给药祛除大鼠子宫内膜的初步研究

Studies on the Elimination of Rats' Endometrium with Target-administration of Traditional Chinese Blood-activating & Stasis-removing Drug

目的研究子宫腔内靶向应用活血化瘀中药—祛膜止崩液祛除子宫内膜治疗“功血”的有效性。方法选择处于动情前期的成年雌性SD大鼠 30只 ,分为空白组、大剂量组、小剂量组 ,测量用药前后子宫湿重、子宫指数 ,并观察子宫内膜的病理变化。结果所用活血化瘀中药—祛膜止崩液能不同程度的破坏成年雌性SD大鼠的子宫内膜 ,减轻其子宫湿重、子宫指数。结论活血化瘀中药—祛膜止崩液能祛除子宫内膜 ,使其不能再生 ,从而从根本上治愈功血。

Objective To study the effects of target administration inside the uterus of the blood-activating & Stasis-removing Chinese drug Qumo Zhibeng Fluid on treating functional bleeding via elimination of endometrium. Methods 30 female adult SD rats at proestrum were selected and divided into the blank group, large dosage group and small dosage group to determine the wetness and weight and uterus indexes before and after the treatment and to observe the pathological changes of endometrium. Result The used blood-activating & stasis-removing drug─ Qumo Zhibeng Fluid damaged adult female SD rats' endometriumat various levels, reduced the uterine wetness and weight and indexes. Conclusion Traditional Chinese Blood-activating & stasis-removing drug Qumo Zhibeng Fluid eliminates endometrium and makes it unable to grow and therefore to radically cure functional bleeding.
