摘要
根据病毒的基本结构和生存机制 ,利用基因和基因组学的成果 ,对现有一些抗病毒中药复方用到的植物 ,就其DNA和蛋白质序列进行基因预测 ,对其基因多样性、活性成分的药靶和活性成分结构、代谢过程的模拟等方面进行分析、比较 ,找出这些植物抗病毒特性的功能基因、蛋白质结构特征、活性成分的药靶和活性成分结构等生物信息 ,然后用生物信息学的方法把这些已知的DNA序列、功能基因等生物信息和整个中药基因库进行比对 ,找出具有很大相似性的植物 ,最后分析和实验 ,验证这些植物的抗病毒药效。
According to the basic structure and existing mechanism, we utilized the fruits of gene and genome sciences to determine the DNA and protein orders of the plants used in anti-viral compound prescriptions of TCM. We analyzed and compared the gene variety, the drug target and structure of active elements and the simulation of the metabolic process to find out the biological information of these anti-viral plants like functional genes, protein structure features, drug target and structure of these active elements. Afterwards, we compared the known DNA order, functional genes and other biological information with the whole gene pool of traditional Chinese drugs via the biological informatics methods. We found great similarities proved the anti-viral drug effects via analysis and experimentation.
