摘要
采用亚铜做催化剂, 研究了131I标记间碘苄胍的方法, 即是沸水浴温度, 标记时间 15 min, 用铜量 2. 5μg和抗坏血酸量5. 0 mg; 纸层析法分析标记物, 标记率大于97%. 此标记方法不需要进一步的分离, 具有简单、快速的特点.
A new method for (^(131)I) labeled metaiodobenzyl guanidine (MIBG) was studied using cuprous as catalyst. That is the boiling temperature within 15 minute and 2.5 μg of cuprous, 5.0 mg of ascorbic acid; A labeled efficiency more than 97% is obtained by paper chromatography. The method has characteristic of simple and fast, and it has no need for further separation.
